With January’s schedule of game releases just about wrapped up, it’s about time to turn our eyes toward February. So far, the month is looking to be another exciting one with a few notable releases coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PC, and last-gen systems, including Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, Little Nightmares 2, Persona 5 Strikers, and more.

An updated version of the cult-favorite Wii U-exclusive Super Mario 3D World is coming to Nintendo Switch. Alongside the base game is a brand-new self-contained adventure called Bowser’s Fury, in which Mario must team up with Bowser Jr. and explore a Super Mario Odyssey-sized world, collecting new items called Cat Shines.

Persona 5 Strikers is an action hack ‘n slash spin-off of the massively popular Persona 5. It’s set six months after the events of the original, seeing the Phantom Thieves investigate a series of mysterious events plaguing people all across Japan. If the action in the trailer above seems more over-the-top than what you’ve come to expect from traditional Persona RPGs, that’s because Persona 5 Strikers is made by Omega Force, the studio behind the Dynasty Warriors franchise, and more recently, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

In Little Nightmares II, you’ll once again journey through an oppressive, creepy world, but this time you’re playing as a new character named Mono, who is actually joined by Six, the protagonist of the first game. Like the original, there’s plenty of nerve-wracking moments and set pieces, which you can read more about in our in-depth previews in the links below.
